Nest Seekers Exclusive * Southampton

LOOK!! Our Exclusive in Southampton Shores was featured in Social Life Magazine! This is a fabulous home at a fabulous price of $1.25m  in a desirable location of Southampton Shores offering tons of amenities.

Newly renovated spacious 6 bedroom home in Southampton Shores ready for you to move in  and enjoy all this home has to offer.  Home has been finished throughout with high quality materials and attention to detail.

1st floor ensuite bedroom and separate entrance.  There is also a lovely separate outdoor courtyard.

Fully finished basement with separate entrance, large living area, kitchen, full bathroom and lots of space to complete as new owners desire - gym, movie theater etc etc.

Grand stairway to second floor with large master and beautifully tiled ensuite with jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower.

Views over adjacent farm land and 3 others good sized bedrooms and one full bath. One of the most charming features of this home is the ability to go across the street in the morning to the farm stand for fresh eggs!

Walking into the double height hallway one gets the feeling of the space throughout this home.    Large living dining area with archway and fireplace. I adore how the archway allows for the open feel of a great room, yet allows for the seperation.

The dining room, and the living room share the archway allowing for the feel of a great room, while the dining room and kitchen share an over-sized entryway.

Welcoming you into the kitchen area with marble counters, central island and stainless steel appliances with French doors for a breeze indoors or al fresco eating.  I love when kitchens have an island with stools, and how this offers the option of talking to the family while  preparing a meal.

Separate den overlooking the resort like patio and pool.

That's SO inviting! I want to be lounging in that chaise, lunching in that cabana and swimming in      that beautiful gunite pool, at the perfect temperature for me... Don't you?...

Set on great 0.78 lot with beautiful stone surround 20 X 40 brand new gunite pool, lovely front porch area and pillared driveway. This is truly the perfect property for entertaining with all the furniture, and accessories one would desire already in place.

Great Southampton Shores home with access to beach, boating and community tennis courts with membership of Colony Club.

This fabulous home, and  community of Southampton Shores offers every amenity one could want.

A Bird's eye view of the property and the community of Southampton Shores.

Tiffany & Co. my favorite place in East Hampton ...

Tiffany & Co. Main Street East Hampton - My favorite place in all of East Hampton <3

Oh, how I adore Tiffany's. Tiffany and Co. is an icon in American Luxury, History, and Achievement. Since 1837 Tiffany & Co. has been the world's premier jeweler and America's house of design.  The sight of a package in the  Signature Blue Tiffany Blue with white bow (unless it's December ;-) gets me giddy with excitement, and wonder of which Tiffany 's treat it could possibly be...

Audrey Hepburn is Holly Golightly in Hollywood Classic Breakfast at Tiffany's.  Hollywood captured the magic that a Tiffany & Co. Boutique evokes. It is such an incredible feeling to know that along with each item from Tiffany & Co comes a piece of American History. Mr. Tiffany himself sold President Abraham Lincoln 3 bracelets for his Presidential Inauguration.

It's been a long time since Mr. Tiffany, serviced the counter at Tiffany and Co, however today it's still the people of Tiffany's that keep it's brand loyalty.  In the photo above I am with Tom Ambrosio, Montauk Local, and Representative of Tiffany & Co. East Hampton. Tom has always gone above and beyond in assisting Luke and I any way he could. Including driving to Guild Hall after Tiffany & Co. has closed to personally deliver an item I personally needed as a hostess present. THANK YOU TOM!!  The photo was taken at Tiffany & Co. East after I had the honor of being  in the Montauk Friends of Erin St. Patrick Day's Parade. Tom is also my favorite Montauk Local, I was sad I didn't see him at the parade, so Luke & I popped in to visit.  We have developed a relationship with Tom over the last several years, and absolutely adore him!! <3 xo

I love the Tiffany Bows Mug. The sight of the Tiffany blue box allows a girl to have a "Breakfast at Tiffany's" start to her day.  Evoking emotions similar to that of the either the classic Hollywood movie Breakfast at Tiffany's, or an encounter with Tom Ambrosio of Tiffany & Co. East Hampton, New York. Leaving her to continue her day with a sparkle from her eyes as she smiles.

2012 Salome Music Festival of the Hamptons

Last night, (the last Sunday of the summer 2012 season, before LDW)  Luke and I had the pleasure of attending the 2012 Opening Night Gala for Salome Music Festival of the Hamptons benefiting The Trevor Project at Guild Hall in East Hampton. I admire Salome's dedication to giving back to the community and being a positive force for social change both locally and globally, along with their mission to create philanthropy through the medium of music.  Luke and I both thoroughly enjoyed their Opening Night Performance.

Sean Avram Carpenter Co-Executive Director of the Salome Music Festival, David Aaron Carpenter Artistic Director of the Salome Music Festival,  Grace Carpenter Administrative Director, Lauren Sarah Carpenter Co-Executive Director of the Salome Music Festival, (newlyweds <3) Rufus Wainwright Signer and Piano of the Opening Night Gala & husband Jorn Weisbrodt.

It is so sad to me that some find difficulty celebrating love. It breaks my heart.  It warms my heart to   learn of the progress The Trevor Project has made in combating that statistic by being an accepting voice that cares and offers support in life's most trying moments. The Trevor Project is an amazing organization dedicated to Saving Young Lives. The Trevor Project is the leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trandgender, Questioning Youth.
